From mid-July to the end of August the apartment is let for minimum 4 people.

A tourist tax of 1,75 € per person and night is levied for all guests over 14. This tax is not included in the apartment rate.

 

Verbal agreements or agreements made by phone are non binding. A booking is binding only prior payment of the correspondent deposit.
 

Special cancellation policy (presumably until June 30th, 2021): you can cancel your stay free of charge until 1 week prior to arrival. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior arrival are charged with the total amount of the stay as booked.

Cancellation policy:
​Conditions of Cancellation conformable to art. 1382 ZGB: According to the Codex of the buying public the Right of Withdrawal is entitled to nobody, still we provide you a cancellation in the legal sense of art. 1382 ZGB:

Cancellations made 30 to 7 days prior to arrival are charged with 3 days. Cancellations made less than 7days prior to arrival are charged with the total amount of the stay as booked.
Reschedule: if you arrive late or check out early, the total amount of the booking will be charged unless we are able to relocate the apartment for the same period.
We advise you to get a trip cancellation insurance.
 

Miscellaneous information:

Unfortunately pets are not admitted.
In the whole apartment it is not allowed to smoke.
We accept payments in cash or by credit card (except American Express).
